Annual MAITS Inspection of Tucson Water's Hydrology Lab revealed the following violations: 1. Gasoline can removed immediately and replaced with metal container which was on storage shed. 2. Sec.# 605 Repair/replace damaged electrical cord with exposed wiring. Corrected by F&M by 20 Mar. Completely guard rotating shafts on both portable pump units. Corrected by F&M by 7-Apr. Sec.# 2703.5 Diamond replaced with more applicable numbers. Done by TFD by 20 Mar. |
