anonymous complaint, no emergency exits, no fire extinguishers, nor A.C.. Merced gives nail classes on Monday& Tuesday 8-10, gives night classes 7-9 on other days, he has no permit for this. He does charge for classes. It is a nail supply store. The students say there is no ventilation and he has all these nail products, chemicals. |
