Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). 1.__Problem: There is no permit on file for your canopy. TFC 2403.4 Permits. Permits shall be required as set forth in Sections 105.6 and 105.7. You will apply for a permit from the City of Tucson Development Services Department. The permit will be posted on the wall of the patio for the fire inspector to approve. 2.__Problem: There is a missing escussion plate in your closet on the NorthWest corner of your restaurant. TFC 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. You will have the escussion plate put in place by a trained professional. 3__. Problem:There is a gap between the fire resistive ceiling and the escussion plate for the sprinkler head. TFC 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. You will have the escussion plate put in place by a trained professional. 5.__Problem: There is a keylocking cylinder on your inner security door that exits from the kitchen. 1008.1.8.3 Locks and latches. Key locking cylinder is not permitted to be used on main exits from the building only. You will replace the cylinder with a thumb bolt latch.
