Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). 1.__Problem: Missing an escussion plate in cash office. TFC: 901.6 Fire Extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times and repaired where defective. CORRECTION: You will have your escussion plate replaced by a qualified sprinkler repair company or individual. 2.__Problem: Your sprinkler heads in the womens dressing room have acquired massive amounts of dust. TFC: 901.6 Fire Extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times and repaired where defective. CORRECTION: You will remove the dust from the sprinkler heads in the dressing room. 3.__Problem: Your two front exit signs are not lighting when the baterry is tested. TFC: 1011.4 Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. CORRECTION: You will cause your two exit signs over your front entrance to light on battery as well as AC power.
