Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). 1.__Problem: Your emergency light in the 'cleanup closet' is not operating. TFC 1006.1 Illumination required. The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied. CORRECTION: You will cause your emergency lighting to operate properly. 2.__Problem: Your exit sign at the rear exit does not light on battery backup power. TFC 1011.4 Internally Illuminated Signs. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. CORRECTION: You will cause your exit signs to illuminate on back up battery power when tested. 3.__Problem: Your electrical panel in your stock room is blocked. TFC 605.3 Working space and clearance. A working space of not less than 30 inches (762 mm) in width, 36 inches (914 mm) in depth and 78 inches (1981 mm) in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment. CORRECTION: You will remove all objects blocking immediate access to your electrical panel.
