Fire pump shall be labeled as Fire Pump TEST CONNECTION. IFC 912.4 2).Sprinkler test report shall be submitted. IFC 901.6 3). Emergency lights are out of service in the following areas: 6th floor, by suite 310, 4). 3rd floor exit was bolted when arrived. This shall be UN latched at all times. 5). Enunciator in lobby shall be repaired. IFC 901.6 6). Escutcheon on 2nd floor shall be repaired. IFC 901.6 7). Remove all combustible material from 1st floor electrical room. IFC 315 8). Fire pump shall be tested and report submited913.5 This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 5-22-09. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. |
