IFC 903.5 These fire protection systems are required to be in operative condition at all times under IFC 901.6. 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed. Test and all required repairs shall be completed by April 15, 2009 This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 4-25-09.
