According to the report the following deficiencies were noted and the report and shall be corrected.; The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: 1). Fire Sprinkler System report. A). Local bell did not sound on system on #2. B). Customer will replace gauges. C). Customer will have internal valve. This shall be repaired. 2). Fire alarm deficiencies A) Annunciator panel is not working. This shall be repaired. According to report, Facilities manager received this report. This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 3-31-09. Letter shall be sent to TFD confirming repairs. |
