There were also access issues on the west gate and the south east gate. The gates where locked with several tangled sets of chains and locks belonging to the complex. After further consideration I wrote a Violation report stating that all issues shall be fixed. A fire department lock shall be placed on both gates and address numbers will be placed on the west side street according to code. | |

There were also entry issues three of the four gates are locked with chains and non-fire pad locks. Contact will be made to address these issues |
