On 3-4-09, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 5255 East Williams Circle.

The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted:

1). Fire Drill required. Shall be determined by 3-19-09. IFC 404.2

The following reports shall be submitted and all required repairs shall be completed. 3 separate reports shall be required.
2). Fire sprinkler inspection report.
3). Fire pump report.
4). Fire alarm test report

This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 3-19-09.
A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.
