The business has double doors at their main entrance and keeps one door latched; this leads to "many" people running into the door. As this building is a dental office the complaint suggest that due to people possibly being disoriented from dental work this could led to more serious injuries. The complaint also stated that these incidents were witnessed as people "crash" into the doors. I followed up on the building and did find the door in the same condition. Although there are legally allowed to keep one side locked I spoke with the manger and they agreed to place a sign to inform any exiting person that one door is locked. This should prevent any other incidents. |
