3807.4 Protecting containers from vehicles. Where exposed
to vehicular damage due to proximity to alleys, driveways or
parking areas, LP-gas containers, regulators and piping shall
be protected in accordance with Section 312.

1) LPG containers in the alley are currently surrounded by
combustible material and are exposed to vehicular damage.
These need to be stored in an approved manner.
02/17/2009 VIOL - LIQUID PETROLEUM GASES Violation 3809.1 General. Storage of portable containers of 1,000
pounds (454 kg) or less, whether filled, partially filled or
empty, at consumer sites or distributing points, and for resale
by dealers or resellers shall comply with Sections 3809.2
through 3809.15.

1) Portable LPG containers cannot be stored inside the the building
or tent. They must be stored outside and 10 ft. from any exit.
