The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted:

Currently there is an excess amount of combustible waste, weeds, boxes, couches, discarded furniture, plastics and other waste that would be considered a nuisance.
There is a strong smell coming from the waste.

Areas affected are front yard, side yard and back yard.

This is in violation of the fire code, which states:

304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce
conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare.

Please remove all combustible waste from the property.

This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 2-18-09 .
A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.
