| 03/04/2009 | INSP - REINSPECTION | Scheduled | On 1-30-09, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 1770 South Cherrybell Sv. On 3-3-09, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted: 1). Currently the outside fire department sprinkler connections seem to painted shut, and will not loosen or open. These caps must be open for emergency use, and the inside of connections must be available for inspection for debris at anytime. These caps shall not leak water when loosened. If leakage occurs this system must be repaired. IFC 901.6 This must be completed in 2 weeks. Re-inspection shall be on 3-18-09. 2). East exit sign is out of service. This sign shall be illuminated. IFC 1027.3. 3). Hole in wall behind water fountain shall be repaired. IFC 703.1 4). Fire alarm pull stations are missing glass posts. This is an incomplete pull station; the glass posts shall be replaced. IFC 901.6 This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by march 18, 2009 . A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance |
