On 2-27-09, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted: 901.6.1 Standards. Fire protection systems shall be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the referenced standards listed in Table 901.6.1. 3 separate reports are required, and they are (IFC 901.6.1) ; A). Fire sprinkler test and inspection report B). Fire alarm test report C). Fire pump test report This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 4-2-09. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with these Tucson Fire Code requirements could result in civil litigation under; City of Tucson Ordinance 9609.
