12/30/2009 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | INSPECTED UNIT TODAY AND FOUND ONE LIVE ROACH IN THE BATHROOM. KITCHEN HAD DIRTY DISCHES IN THE SINK WITH FOOD STILL ON THEM. I EXPLANED TO THE OCCUPENT NANCY SMITH THAT THIS IS NOT A ROACH INFESTATION AND THAT SHE NEEDED TO KEEP THE UNIT CLEAN. THE PEST PEOPLE HAVE BEEN OUT TO THE UNIT 7 TIMES FROM OCTOBER TO DEC. A FEW TIME THE APT WAS NOT READY AS STATED BY JOE OF UNITED SERVICES PEST CONTROL ON 12/02/2009. ON 12/28/09 SHE DECLINED SERVICE FOR THE UNIT TO BE SPREAD. I TOLD HER (NANCY SMITH) THAT SHE NEEDED TO LET THE PEST PEOPLE IN OR SHE WILL HAVE THE ROACH ISSUE OVER AND OVER. CLOSE CASE | |
