UNIT IS VACANT STILL, UNIT #102 ADDED CIRCUITS REMOVED, UNIT RETURNED BACK TO A 2 PRONG SYSTEM, ROOF REPAIRED, WINDOW REPLACED WITH WINDOW THAT OPENS AND CLOSES... RISER NOLONGER HAS A GAP. SPOKE TO MHP MGR V AND STATED UNIT MUST BE KEPT VACANT UNTIL THE HEATING SYSTEM IS ADDED IN TO THE UNIT. MGR MENTIONED THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE A LIC PLUMBER INSTALL THE HEATING SYSTEM UNDER PERMIT AND WOULD KEEP IT VACANT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED OUT.

07/22/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met w/Violet at 3333 gap was addressed. Also took time to sit down and discuss the case violation by violation to see where we stood in abating all the violations. The outstanding violation are in unit #102 the added circuits and the leak in the ceiling. Also discussed bldg #111. Stressed the importance of calling in for inspections on the permit. Also discussed the importance of having a site plan that matches what is actually there on the site.

SO THE BLDG INSPECTOR DID NOT INSPECT THE RISER AS PART OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. WELL RE-ADDRESS CONCERN WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER SG.
