12/17/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved TFD was called to the address reference a request for emergency medical service. Once inside the officer felt the home may be unfit for occupance and wanted an evaluation of the living conditions of the residence. I responded and took a look at the residence. All utilities were connected and functioning. All means to heat and cool the home, prepare food and bathe were in place and functional. The home was very cluttered with all manner of things however there were no offensive odors or obviously unsanitary conditions. Upon speaking with the friend/caretaker of the occupant he explained she had an OCD with collectinng and accumulating things. He stated further that the occupant would be moving into a new residence within a week or two, at which time he was going to assist the occupannt in eliminating some of her collection. I spoke with the ocupant and she confirmed what the man has said. Although there was a great deal of clutter there were no code violations. Case closed.
