Inspector Stevens adressed the issue in 2007 at which time Lopez obtained a permit. Lopez called for a 1005 inspection 3 times, 03-18-08, 09-17-08 and 02-20-09 which were deemed "NR" or "DE" by the trade Inspectors. No other inspections were called for after that date. The permit expired in August of 2009 due to lack of activity.
A new NOV will be issued to Lopez with a 15 day compliance due date.
