Met with tenant and balcony repaired at sheathing. Siding put over existing sheathing. Nothing done to interior of bedroom window or closet light. Looked at exterior of window and has been caulked, but unable to determine if new or existing has joint of metal cap on parapet and unable to tell if caulked or sealed properly. Met with management and light in closet will be changed and window will be checked. Will have to wait for next rain to see if leaks. Will check in 30 days. |
