Met tenant and saw where droppings seen. At time of inspection area was clean. Found leak in roof at balcony - exterior and leak in window at header east bedroom - interior globe missing in wall in closet at light fixture. Met with management and items were not given to them by tenant, but will be addressed. Will check in 10 days. |
