APT WAS MESSY, DIRTY DISHES AND FOOD LEFT ON COUNTER, AND GARBAGE IN BAGS LEFT ON THE FLOOR. LIVING ROOM WAS ALMOST BARE, A FEW BOXES, THE SINGLE BEDROOM ALSO HAD STUFF THROWN ALL OVER THE FLOOR. FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF ROACHES, TENANT EXPLAINED ROACHES CAME OUT AT NIGHT. SPOKE WITH MANAGEMENT, OWNER ALAN STANLEY MENTIONED THEY RECENTLY TRIED TO SPRAY UNIT , TENANT REFUSED SERVICE, BUT THAT THE REASON TENANT IS BEING EVICTED IS THAT HE IS 4 MONTHS BEHIND ON RENT AND THAT TENANT GOES TO COURT SOON, MANAGEMENT FEELS THAT THIS IS RETALIATION BECAUSE OF WHATS HAPPENING.

12/16/09 SPOKE WITH TRACY W AND CAPRLOS PORTILLO WHO BOTH AGREED THAT BECAUSE THE TENANT REFUSED SERVICE, IS BEING EVICTED , AND WILL BE OUT BY THE 4TH, THAT THE CASE SHOULD BE CLOSED, NO VERIFY
