Red nissan truck in front yard, expired registration, no rear window, interior cabin completely full of debris, driver and passenger windows either rolled down or missing. Vehicle appears inoperable and fits TC16-15 definition of JMV. Carport full of personal storage items. Rear perimeter yard full of personal storage items whcih are clearly visible from the public ROW which violates the provisions of LUC 3.2.5 screening requirements. Weeds, refuse and debris in rear perimeter yard in violation of TC16-13. NOV to owner with 30 day compliance time. |
