Found fence on south side of parcel as stated in the complaint. Fence is constructed of 8'x3' galvenized corrigated metal panels, is oriented so the 8' dimension is vertical approximately 30 linear feet. The fence is not installed in a typical fashion and is structurally unsound. The panels are screwed together along their vertical edges and tie wired to a 4' high wire field fence supported by T-posts at approximately 8' intervals. The corrigated fence is leaning and waves in and out of plumb the entire length. There is no support for the fence above about 4' over the natural grade. NOV to owner. |
