Found a remodel in progress. Scope of work requires a building permit and inspections. Visible from the exterior were modications to the electrical system other than the upgrade which was done with permit in September. Windows were replaced in sleeping rooms and do not meet the sill heights mandated in the IRC. An room addition to the rear of the including structural, electrical, wall construction, exterior finish and interior finish. I was unable to access teh interior of the residence and therefore do not know for sure, however due to the extent of the renovation it would not be unreasonable to suspect modifications to the plumbing systems and possible addition of plumbing fixtures. NOV will go out to the property owner tomorrow. 30 day follow up. |
