Site visit revealed that 2 of the three vehicles in the driveway are operable. There are 2 vehicles in the carport area which are covered. THe homeowner agree to move the vehicles which are in the driveway as far up near the carport as possible thereby making them only somewhat visible from the street. The vehicles are not wrecked and appear as any other vehicle on the street or at adjacent houses. This will satisfy the spirit of the JMV ordinance which is intended to deal with visual blight. No visual blight exists at this location. Case closed. |
