Met with Owner, Dudley, and is going to re-open Popeye's chicken. Looked around and making changes to existing counter tops, walls - finishes, ceiling tiles with new drop and kitchen equipment existing. Found new copper lines to coke machine and sink in back. Check valves have been replaced. Owner has been in contact with LeeRay for C of O and Rick Myers for plumbing. Ceiling ties were changed, but to existing grid. Will send email to LeeRay and Rick Myers. |
