FOUND TWO PARKING STOPS ON THE SIDEWALK AREA, AND REAR 5' WALL (BLOCK) HAD BEEN EXTENDED 2' TO 7' BY GROUTING ANGLE IRON INTO THE WALL CELLS AND BOLTING METAL TO THE ANGLE IRON. GATES TO THE PROPERTY WERE LOCKED BY DEAD BOLTS NOT ALLOWING ENTRY. |
