As far as PDSD is concerned, there is no dispute on the validity of this installation. In response to the comment on illegal certification, the City of Tucson is not involved with the certification process or verification of such. This is the responsibility of the Registrar of Contractors per Arizona State Law and confirmed through the City Attorney's Office. |
