HAS ONLY ONE CHEVY TRUCK AND ONE BLUE SEDAN PARKED IN BACK YARD. HAS NISSAN IN FRONT, HE SHOWED ME ALL THE TITLES THAT THEY ARE HIS CARS. HE CLAIMS THAT HE WORKS ON HIS CARS ONLY. I DONT SEE ANY VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. ADVISED I WILL BE MONITORING AREA. WILL PASS BY A COUPLE TIMES. F/U 11-06-09 |
