Contractor, construmax llc will be replacing/repairing the landing. The owner had shown me the receipt for the AC repair. F/U 60 days. No re-inspections fees.
12/21/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved AT SITE, TENANT MOVED OUT. SPOKE TO MANAGER. RENTAL UNIT STILL HAS ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING ISSUES, WEATHER STRIPING NOT REPLACED. WATER COVERING ENTIRE KITCHEN FLOOR. SOME BALCONY LAG BOLTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. SMOKE DETECTORS REPLACED IN BEDROOMS AND COMMOM AREA. CALLED OWNER, TOLD ME THAT HE INSTALLED NEW SMOKE DETECTORS THOUGHOUT THE BUILDING AND HAS A CONTRACTOR PROPOSAL FOR THE BALANCE OF THE WORK TO BE ABATED. I ASKED HIM TO FAX ME A COPY.
