Met with property manager and talked with realtor. She signed all paperwork. Reviewed all fiore damage to rear of house on the added room. Advised her that an electrician is required to have power restored due to the damage to service on panel. A carpenter for replacement of wood side on walls and porch at rear. Site has two broken windows and door burned down to exterior. She was going to make contact with owner due to being out of state. Follow-up within 30 days. |
