No response to the postcard sent to the property address. A check of TW records indicate the water service was terminated 07-09-09 for non-pay and is in collections. The county recorder indicates that the owner actually resides in Casa Grande, where I will send a postcard in a second attempt to contact the owner. Follow up 15 days. |
