06/21/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Transfer of case: As per Rick Saldate, Inspector Vidal on extended medical leave, reviewed case with Inspector prior to exit and case appeared to be in middle of sale with haz mat mitigation as part of condition of sale. After hour call from TPD came in regarding vanalism occuring late at night, Inspector Johnston given case today to investigate status of sale, secuirty and to meet with Rick S., regarding next step in case.
06/21/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Called out for fire call. Small fire set in a tire. No other damage from fire noted. Met with TPD officer on site. Need to return and secure gate with chain and lock.
03/04/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE FOUND OIL BEING REMOVED. TOOK SUPERVISOR TO SITE. SUBJECT OF SALE PENDING UNDER CONDITIONS SUCH AS CLEANING OIL, AND FUEL CANS STORED ON SITE. BATTERYS REMOVED FROM SITE, CLEANING. SOME EQUIPMENT WILL BE REMOVED. WILL BE ISSUING AN NOV.
02/24/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE FOUND ANOTHER GARAGE DOOR OPENED. CALLED THE FIELD CREW TO SECURE OPENINGS. BOTH DOORS PINNED WITH SHOTS ON OVERHEAD DOORS.
02/23/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FIELD CREW SECURED MOBILE HOME OFFICE WHERE WINDOWS WERE BROKEN. SHOP WAS SECURED AT OVERHEAD DOOR. SCALE IN BACK OF PROPERTY WAS SECURED WITH FENCE PANELS FROM BIFF BAKER. SHOWED FIELD CREW WHERE FOUR MOBILE HOMES WERE BURNED TO HAVE AREA CLEANED UP. MET WITH TFD ON OIL. RON FROM UNION OIL CAME AND TOOK PICTURES OF EQUIPMENT.
