Site inspection found a singe family residence with multiple vehilces in the back yard and a strong odor of oil present in the air. Cars parts, tires, and metal throughout property. 4 vehilces on property look as they are being worked on. 1 canopy on property where vehicles are being worked on. Trash and debris throughout the back yard. Overgrowth in the alley. NOV issued and to be mailed to owner. Follow-up inspection scheduled for 12/04/09. |
