Met with tenant. Observed kitchen cabinets falling off and drawer is loose. Return grill is bickled in middle where screw not cathing latch. Front door not sealed properly for weather stripping due to latch not set properly. Bathroom ceiling bowed where it was wet before. Felt celing and not soft, or wet. Pushed up on drywall and it was secured. Drywall ok on complaint. Sub-panel not labled on breaker. smoke detector not working in master bedroom. Called management after 10 Am due to them not being on site. Was told all repairs to be made the same day as inspection. Follow-up inspection to be scheduled with tenant. |
