EXIT SIGN NOT PROPERLY MOUNTED EXHAUST FAN IN BATHROOM NOT CONNECTED AND MISSING COVER THE UNIT IS UNSANITARY. INTERIOR WALL SURFACE HAS DAMAGE AT THE AREA WHERE THE WALL MEETS THE FLOOR. WALL SIDING IN URINAL AREA HAS DETACHED FROM THE WALL. BASEBOARD HAS DETACHED FROM THE WALL. WALL SURFACE ABOVE THE STEAM ROOM DOOR HAS SHOWS EVIDENCE OF MOISTURE DAMAGE. AIR RETURN VENTS IN THE LOCKER ROOM ARE CLOGGED WITH DEBRIS STAIRWAY WALKING SURFACE HAS VINYL NOSING THAT HAS DETACHED AND IS UNSERVICEABLE. |
