Recievd a call from a relative stating the owner of the house has been dead over 3 years. Caller said a judge dissmissed the case. I have not received any info from the court stating that. She said her dad went to court and filed a motion. She also said the property is clean I told her it was not. I was in the area and saw debris, and 1 JMV on the property. I told caller the property is still dirty, and I would go to the property to meet with her and her father when they would like. So I coluld show them what needs to be abated. Caller said they would soon. |

No contact from owner. No one home. Please send an additional reinspection fee letter. Arraignment 1/11/2010. |
