Met with manager. Work is being done inside the unit. The tenant is staying somewhere else. Drywall and insulation replaced in the living room. Area taped and waiting to dry for second coat, then texture. Management will clean unit before tenant comes back. All furniture covered, tarp on floor. Carpet pulled back in certain areas. Will be replaced with new tact strips. Once management was aware of the issues they started the repairs. |
