Column was of wood frame with stucco covering steel post. Steel post not damaged. The framing was a facade for store of porch walkway. Damaged area approximately 6' x 12' and repairs will be mainly patch work. Contractor arrived and looked at damage. He does property reapirs for the owner. Had store mnager from Safeway cover sharp edges exposed. Photos taken on site. Safeway manger signed all paperwork. Contractor was going to get prices to owner to make necessary repairs. The main sructure if OK and store to remain open. Follow-up in 30 days. |
