WALL DOES MEET THE SIDEWALK AND MAY BE ON CITY ROW. CHECKED ARIEL VIEWS AND IT DOES APPEAR THAT THE WALL HAS BEEN EXTENDED APPROX 4-6FT AND MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR APPROCHING TRAFFIC TO BE SEEN FROM EAST TO WEST. |
