Visited site 08-26-09. Residence was unoccupied and secure. I later learned the occupants had been arrested by TPD the day prior. I noted the gas meter was locked out in the off position and there was not water service. Electric service was on. I attempted contact with he property owner however he did not return my call. I eventually made contact with thowner and he stated that TPD had not made any attempts to contact him to inform him of the arrest incident at his property. He stated further that he had service the tenant with notice to vacate. Will follow up with owner 09-01-09 for update on tenant status. |
