Did not observe any violations on site during visit. Owner was at property and allowed entrance to rear yard. There is no violation with the truck parked in front - residential size truck and in working order. 2 flat bed trailers on site are not in violation, both are able to be transported by a residential vehicle - no commercial size hitch. RV is parked on the far south side of the property and not hooked up to any power. Sheds and tent on site not a violation. They each do not exceed 200 sq. feet and the combined square footage does not exceed 25% of the rear and side yard areas. No evidence observed that a business is occurring on site. Owner has a hobby - not a business. Case closed. |
