06/08/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Follow up inspection conducted by Rick S., due to Inspector on extended leave. House is now vacant and in process of being repaired. Review of airal pictures indicate that front and rear porch were installed at the 1998 work w/o permits protocol. Will not address the two counts. Property under electrical upgrade permit and electricians stated they will address two prong outlets. Smoke detector violation not valid due to unit vacant. Last two violations wil also not be addressed since cannot confirm AC and no notes as to department technical position on AC. Hot water heater not in place at this time unknown when they plan to install. At this time department will close case as compliance until further information disputing these arises.

Note: Court original Inspector had was missed and due to supervisor inspction and findings no re cite will occur at this time.
12/17/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to property and back door has been kicked in and unable to secure. Trying to call owner and unable to make contact. Called Rick Saldate, Supervisor, and gave permission to call field crew. Called Joe Del Campo to have property secured. 1-door at rear and 1-window on north side in middle of building secured due to gaining entry into house. Yard still has weeds and tall grass, couches in back under awning. Will do citation to Owner due to verifying ownership and same owner listed as same Owner when NOV sent.
10/27/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house, doors, and windows were all secured during site visit. The inspector did call the owner and the bank is doing a foreclosure on the house. She is trying to get the inspector a name of a person of the bank taking over so he can call them to have the property cleaned up. There is no date on the foreclosure if finaled. The inspector will be waiting for the call of the bank to call them for a clean up of the property. Will be checking in 45 days.
10/08/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The follow-up inspection of the property found house vacant and secured. The owner called that they have moved out due to giving the house back to the bank. Inspector found two doors unable to lock. The sliding glass door was able to lock but was able to open by moving the sliding door around due to the lock was not secured at the jamb. The jamb was moving around. Inspector called the owner to let know and she was going to secure the building.
