The existing manager Freddie was being let go and was shouting at us during the meeting. I advised that I was on site due to a complaint of amount of people staying in the house. She stated that only 4 people are staying at the house and not more than 6. There is no medicine given to the occupant staying at the house. I did walk the property and found electrical outlets with grounding outlets on 2-wire system, lacking GFCI outlets at kitchen and bathroom areas at sinks, lacking working smoke detectors in sleeping and common areas, house has been remolded and checked layout of house at D.S.D. and plans don't match. I did meet with Bill Ballak and Wanye Bogden from zoning and there was a meeting at the ward office and this site was discussed on 8-13-09. Zoning is working on issues with Sally and I'm not addressing any issues with zoning. I did do a N.O.V. on building issues only due to meeting with Tracy. Work without permits has floor plan layout has been changed, 2-added AC package units added to roof, water heater being changed, carports added to rear of house and at drive way. Smoke detectors not working, GFCI lacking in kitchen and bathrooms, duplex outlets being changed where 2-wire system exist. I have met with Sally and went over issues on N.O.V. and she signed the paper work. Did ask what relationship she is to the owner and he is the brother in law. She runs the house for the people staying in the house. This has had complaints for the same issue of people staying in the house and have been closed. I'm not able to address the issues at this time due to under 6 occupant staying in the house. I will be going after the house issues due to meeting with Tracy over the case. When meeting with Sally, sounds like she will be moving from the house due to cost of requirements to make approved with the City of Tucson. Will be checking in 30 days if closed. |
