Met with tenant. Furnitue is being built, but is for home. Tenant showed the inspector the items built that were already in home. None of the items are being sold. Inspector advised storage box with tools and supplies needs to be moved from the front yard. Grill and chairs can remain. Follow-up inspection within 30 days. |
