08/12/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, SPOKE WITH MANAGER, TENANT IS RESPONISIBLE FOR ELECTRIC, UNITS INDIVIDUALLY METERED AND FOUND, UNIT RED TAGGED AND PINNED. KNOCKED ON TENANTS DOOR AFTER SEEING HIM IN THE OFFICE, WOULD NOT ANSWER. SPOKE TO TRACY AND SHE GAVE THE OK TO POST THE UNIT. EXPLAINED TO MANAGER THE UNIT COULD NOT BE OCCUPIED UNTIL POWER RESTORED. COPY OF EMERGENCY VACATE GIVEN TO THE MANAGER
