08/11/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Reinspected location today to see if the wooden frame was removed. It was re-erected with new banners attached.
08/06/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector returned on Thurs. 8/6/09 the structure was still up. He confiscated the banners from both sides of the structure and pushed it over to diminish its profile and "rolled "it further away from the sidewalk to help move it out of the "sight visibility triangle" of the nearest egress. It is still in the COT ROW. Inspector gave a NOV to manager Cynthia. He stated they have 5 days to remove the wooden structure from the ROW. She handed me a copy of the stores "Bankruptcy notice" Her supervisor seems to believe it exempts them from the COT sign code.
Next inspection scheduled for 8/12/2009.
