The sign was located 3' north of the sidewalk, in the COT ROW ( which extends 20' north of the sidewalk). the sign was a wooden A Frame structure built out of warehouse palettes. 8' tall, 4' wide 4.5' deep, and very heavy. Banners were attached to both sides of the structure. Inspector entered the store "Kids Outlet"and spoke to manager Cynthia. He gave her information on A-Frame requirements and City Sign info. Inspector explained that the sign needed to be removed by the next day. If the sign was not he would issue a NOV. |
