WILL CHECK THE STATUS OF THE ELECTRICAL PERMIT AND CHECK IF NEED TO HAVE ANOTHER INSPECTION FOR THE FINAL THAT IS LACKING. RECEIVED PHONE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE OWNER REPRESENTIVE IN PHOENIX AND LEFT A MESSAGE. WILL CHECK IN 45 DAYS. RV.
03/23/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved NOV issued. Arizona Palms and window tinting has had C of O issued and finaled on 3-5-10. This building and business under #1. Did NOV under other building and 2 other business. Tracy gave ok to start process on 2-18-10. I have met with all owner's of all 3 businesses and went over requirement for C of O.
08/05/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with Richard Diaz to check in business are allowed. We then met with Bill Balak at D.S.D. and being zoned O-3, retail stores not allowed. To have retail on property would have to be rezoned C-1 or C-2 for what's being sold and done on property. Will meet with Tracy Williams, Administrator, due to no C of O on business on site. One business has privledge license and the other has no paperwork on site. Did research and only found C of O for Arizona Carburetor Exchange in 1991. Nothing on business on site. Did speak with Richard Miranda out of Phoenix is looking for paperwork. Did take Richard Diaz to site to see different areas and how being used. Did call Tracy to let know that Richard Miranda is calling Regina Romero due to a friend and Ernie Duarte from D.S.D. Tracy stated will be having meeting with Ernie and will discuss case.
